I do meditation every day.
My meditation process is about 3 hours a day, doing standing, sitting and lying down meditation, which is a part of the Seon Taoist process I learned.
In breathing, I slow down my mind until there are no more thoughts, and I match my breathing with lower wavelengths. Everything begins to slow down, and a deep quiet sets in. I do this daily, and it’s a great calming effect on my days.
Nothing rushes me, and I have the composure of mind to watch what is happening in the world and reflect on what is important and not important.
What is important is the soul is here to learn, grow, love, and share. This is the daily checklist. Everything that keeps me away from these I push away into the box of non-alignment.
I believe that if I keep things aligned with my process of growing, loving and sharing then I’m going in the direction I want to go in life. It takes willpower and deep wisdom to reflect on the points of the soul, but I believe it is honestly, why we are here and what we carry with us after we are gone.
I pray for the world to awaken to wisdom…
